Ohh.. no wonder.... Usefull answer... Thanks!
I have been through that process in some salons you know? I watched and learned suposedly from the best :S
Do you know if those "special effect white toner" help?
Maybe your wife could use them too, if she hasn´t heard of them yet.
I`m not sure if I can find them in my country, but I`ve done my research online ,and I found some sort of a "punk girl " site, were she teaches you through her mistakes, how to dye, in astonishing weird colours
such as white
and after bleaching it, she used a white toner, and she took pix of the process
it was amazing!
It really helps to orientate the colour where you want to take it to, because it gets rid of the yellowish that`s still there after the bleach
If you have heard of them or been through some mistakes, could you list them?
THANKS SO MUCH!

Have to apply the bleach and right after apply the dye?
I have been doing my own natural looking blonde hair very cafefully, I use like 3 or 4 shades, and I dont use bleach very often so it wont break off.
I also have brunette locks, thin hair, and I cant overdo the bleach because it gets horribly...
stringy.
The thing is... I read your post... you said you have to apply the bleach and INMEDIATLY apply the dye??... you mean both of them together?
Because I have been doing it separatedly.
I never died my roots with bleach, of course... but you can mix them both?
If you know this, please tell me how... have you tried it?... and if so...what results have you gotten?
Thanks so much! :D
