Well there is this guy that is 7 months younger than me im not a virgin but he is and im afraid that he will have no experience at all if we have sex.. his aunt told us that we have to be dating for atleast a MONTH!!! adn im afraid that after we date...

Of course he won't have experience? He's never had sex. Would he feel bad afterwards; he could and he could regret giving up his virginity to someone he will not be with for the rest of his life. He may be fine with it and feel no regret? As far as his aunt saying you need to date a month before you have sex is very bazaar? It should take longer than a month to get to know someone, it could take a year, 2 years. You don't put a time limit on this and you certainly don't have sex that soon into a relationship. Hold off until you know each other better...Ask yourself this, did you regret giving up your virginity. You can't turn a clock back so allow him time.

Everyone should collect experience even in the sex. If he initiates sex then does not like that what he gets it is not your problem. But virgin boys usually are happy with everything what they get at the first time, in case they can c*m. . Maybe it is good if you ask him if he wants you to guide him at the first time, or he wants to go his own way.
