If you're not infected already, then no. Contagious diseases such as herpes are spread from one person to another, they don't just appear on their own, so if you mas*urba*e alone and don't touch an infected person, then you won't get it, don't worry. Just wash your hands before you touch yourself to avoid an infection caused by dirty hands alone.
The above is not entirely true. You can get Herpes alone. Many people in the population have Herpes Simplex 1 on their lips (cold sore). If you have an open sore and scratch it or pick at it and then soon after touch yourself or mas*urba*e, you can transfer the virus to your genitals, thus changing it to genital herpes. Herpes is a virus that loves thin skinned membranes and moisture. Although this situation is very unlikely to happen, it is not immpossible.
