How to be with her when her mom is killing us?

ok, so my girlfriend's parents got into a fight and her dad left the house, but he hadnt been back for about a week. but while he was gone her mom started pushing the idea of her not dating (me) in her senior year. but she also wants her to date around....

but her mom wouldnt let her do anything until we broke up. she wouldnt let her use the phone, see me, or her friends. they stayed up till 3 in the morning arguing, then she couldnt sleep. so we are taking a break for a little while. but talking to her, I still love her, and I know she still loves me. what should I do, shoutd I wait the break out and hope her mom changes, or think about moving on? andy help?

Well we didn't hear why mom dislikes you? Is there some truth as to why mom is against you? While your girlfriend is under her parents roof she is obligated to follow their rules. Taking a break may be a good idea and yes, you still love her you can't shut off feelings just like that. But by respecting her mother's wishes at this point is a must. Her mother is also going through a lot and may not be thinking clearly. So back off for now and wait to see what happens.
