How can I pass this part of urbz?

On the GOALS screen, tab 4: The Bigbucks Players:
How do I DECORATE THE STAGE and ATTEND THE PLAY? where do I get the stage props the go to the stage?
On the GOALS screen, tab R: Artsies Goals:
How do I CLEAN UP THE CITY! RECYCLE 100 PILES OF...

TRASH? I don't see anymore piles of trash in the city but I do see aluminum cans, licenses plates, nuclear fuel rods, and three-eyed bog frogs. I just don't see anymore piles of trash. help

To decorate the stage:

First find/buy 5 items like plants and trinkets like a lawn gnome..or things your friends give you after they come to your house. Then just go up to the stage and put all the items on the stage. After that you have to attend the play.
