She's used to having another dog with her...so I don't think a kong is going to fit the bill...either another dog...even a kitty will be company...

Is she crated? If so does she have anything to entertain her? Is she in the yard? Can she go outside whenever she wants?

I guess if you say she is watching TV she is in. I would wonder if she is crated and bored? I guess I need a little more information? Like does she have a doggie door or what kind of crate is she in or is she crated. Another pet may not be the answer yet.

Do you walk your dog or play with it when you do get home.?

Ahh! Poor baby! I think she needs another friend! Have you thought about getting her a playmate! You would be amazed, after they get used to each other, at the difference it will make in her! She will have a new playmate, won't feel lonely when you are not home, always have someone to keep her company and play with her and her anxiety level will go down, because she won't be bored and all alone!
