I used to give my boy some popsicles. Sometimes it took 2-3 of the large ones to ease his pain so he could sleep but my goodness he'd wake up in another 2 hours each time. I feel for you. These are the popsicles in plastic tubes. I used to bite off a piece and give it to my son so he'd have a little to munch on at a time and you don't have all the mess that a baby can make.
my daughter likes to chew on my toothbrush. lots of people recommend giving babies a wet washcloth (mine never took to them). You can give her infant tylenol and infant motrin. switch them off every three hours (tylenol at 9, motrin at 12, tylenol at 3, and on and on) my dr said motrin works better for pain and lasts longer, so give her the motrin before bed. otherwise, you just have to be sympathetic. the orajel lasts about five seconds, but I apply it in the mornings before her motrin kicks in. put some one your gums... see how long it lasts.

How to help my baby during teething?
My 6 month old daughter already has her 2 bottom teeth. No problems! NOW... she has 5 teeth she is cutting at the same time. I have given her orajel and tylenol. She screams all day... is there anything else I can do for my little one?
