Well you clearly don't eat enough but an eating disorder is much deep and more complicated than just your eating habits.
Check your BMI. If you don't know how, type into google "BMI calculator" or something similar. If it says your BMI is below average then you may well have an eating disorder. But the real key is do you think that you are fat/overweight or want to loose weight even though your BMI says your average/underweight? Do you look in the mirror and see a fat person even though your friends call you skinny or again, you BMI says your average/underweight? Can you make yourself eat more or do you HAVE to starve yourself?
If the answer is no then no, you most likely don't have an eating disorder but you do need to improve your eating habits! Start eating 3 healthy meals or else you WILL experience serious health problems like Osteaprosis (your bones will break easily) due to lack of calcium, heart problems and millions of other problems and you could die if you don't improve!
If the answer was yes then yes, you most likely do have an eating disorder! And you desperately need to get help! As I said above, if you don't eat you will experience serious health problems and you may die if it carrys on! Talk to your parents, a school nurse/counciller or your GP or prehaps you could talk to your friends mum. They should all refer to proper medical or physciatric proffesionals.
Hope this helped x

The disorder part of "eating disorder" is in the brain. The constant desire/obsession to control your weight is a symptom of this disorder. There are a few ways to go about getting treatment. Therapy will help. There are many support groups. I'm sure you can find some in your area using the internet. Probably the most effective would be to check yourself into a psychiatric center. They are similar to rehab for drug abusers. The hardest part is admitting you have a problem, but now that you know, you HAVE to do something about it. It will only get worse if left untreated.
