I'ts my boyfriend's birthday tomorrow and we have only been going out for a week and haven't hugged or anything yet. And since it's his birthday tomorrow I want to hug him. Should I???

Yes you should. Theres not a thing wrong with giving a guy a hug. Even if you weren't going out and you were friends there wouldn't be a thing wrong with it.
It'll just let him know you care a little bit more than he might have expected.
