What's the best gear for a level 28 nightelf on wow?

On WoW I have a lvl 28 Nightelf Hunter with a Duskstalker as a pet (he is great, over 1500 armor at level 24!). I want to know.

What are the best items I can get?! And how much?! Remember I have a 20g spending limit and a lvl 28 limit on equipment.

level some more and 20g wont seem like that much(and switch to horde)
