ok this is my routein any tips around 11 o clock at night mostly evry night I have a set of 5 lbs dumbbells I do 50 arm curls for each arm so thats 100 together and I do 100 at the same time and 100 bench presses and lay with my arms stretched out and...

pring them straight up eye level laying down 100 times and I pull them from my waist to my arm pits 100 times so what do you all think any pointers /tips

You're targeting your arms which won't get you very far. I suggest the book "Home Workout Bible" you can come up with a very good total body work out from there.

You can get a great workout with dumbells, I never found a good exercise for the lats using just dumbels but you can hit all of the other muscle groups. If you have a chinup bar this can work your lats.

If possible invest in some heavier dumjbells. You will build muscle faster with fewer reps and heavier weigvt.

You need a routine that works multiple muscle groups. You should work your arms, shoulders, chest, upper and lower back, abs, and legs.

yes you should do all that is mentioned above but also maybe try doing sets rather than just 50 curls for each arm (do 5 sets of 10 with a heavier weight to stimulate hypertrophy {growth} ) you can also go on. also I havent used this but I've heard good things from friends http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/workoutdatabase.htm
