Help on how to stop mastarbaiting

I want to stop im 15 I just dont want to do it anymore... I feel like its taking to much enargy out of me and I feel like im betraying my girlfriend when I do it so how can I stop?

There is nothing wrong with mas*erb*ting. And you shouldnt feel like you have betrayed your girlfriend. The only way this could become a problem for you is if you neglect your girlfriend's needs becos you rather mas*erba*e. Thats when she may say things like 'you'd rather mas*erba*e then be with me' but if that isnt happening then there shouldnt be a problem. Its your choice to stop, if you really want to then you should get a different hobby so everytime you get the urge to do it you distract yourself with something else, like going for a run, or walking your dog or something.
