you should try exercising and diet. My tips that I learned from dance are do lots of yoga and pilates. be best friends with your yoga ball! you can look up lotsa exercises for yoga balls. they are great- they tone up your whole body! good luck! Angie
Try doing sit-ups everyday. Start small, doing about 10 a day and add a couple more each day. That will help your stomach to become firmer. Also, bike riding is awesome for your legs. Try to go bike riding for at LEAST 30-60 minutes a day, if you don't have a bike, you can always go for a jog. Stay away from junk food and white bread, replace any white bread you have with whole wheat brown bread. Its so much better for you. Eat lots of fruit and orange juice is really good for you as well.
I manged to lose 20 pounds by cutting out fatty foods such as nuts, mash potatoe and chips. eat more salad and lots of apples to fill you up. go rollerblading and walking. good luck

Don't worry... if you don't think you look fat thats good. if your 145pounds then its a lot of muscle. if your body doesn't look athletic, but you're still skinny then cut back on fatty foods like candy, chips,and others...when you make a trip to the grocery store, look on the nutrition facts to see if it is healthy or not.I hope this helped!Good luck!

Help me... weight loss
I'm about 5foot 7inches 145 pounds and I want to lose about 20 pounds. my body is not very athletic looking but I don't think I look fat either. I want to have less fat on my body and I also want to look athletic.
any help please???
