That means someone rated your answer as helpful under that question. (Say one person clicks yes, and one person clicks no... then it will be 50%)

oh it just means when someone likes your answer for something and they rate it and if its good then they click yes!

If you look under a question you will see "did you find this answer helpful" and if you say yes it will say 100%. If they say no, it will be like 50%
