what is the normal size of a pen*s at age 15 and almost 16? I am only about 6 3/4 in length and about 4 in girth..am I normal for my age? or am I small? please help!

If you are talking about inches, then you're slightly above average. The average adult pen*s is about 5 to 6 inches long.
