When you are a vegetarian lots of people will give you their opinion of your life choice. I've been a vegetarian for 28 years and I still get comments. At a restaurant I asked if a dish was vegetarian and another diner interjected, "y'know the cattle wouldn't even be alive if we didn't raise them for meat." As silly as his argument was I just ignored it and went on to enjoy my meal. Do what you feel is right in spite of what other people say.

Yeh. I understand what you're saying. Just say to your family that your turning veggie and that your going to cook your own meals. And then do that for a while, and hopefully your mum or dad will help you out sometimes.

well first, it seems like you're doing it for a trend.

It's somthing that you have to put your heart into.

I've been veg for 4 years.

You cant eat starburts, skittles, anything with gelitan.

wich is in a lot of candy.

Just refuse to eat it, if they start to flip a burger then tell them to shove it.

It's your choice, don't let them get the best of you.

Tell them the up sides,

like you wont die of having high colesterol, or high blood pressure, or blood clots.

(:
plus, flesh is for zombies.

not humans.

:p

Actually vegetarianism is trendy for teenage girls. Vegetarianism is growing the most quickly among teenage girls and now 11% of teenage girls identify themselves as vegetarian.

I just hope these young vegetarians stick with it even when it is no longer trendy.
