Ok not to be sick or anyting but I have had an erection for the past like 3 hours now, is this normal?

Yeah. Some people do experience them for 3-4 hours straight.

It's not normal. If it lasts more than 4 hours it can cause potential permanent problems. Call your doctor asap.
