if you'r enot against taking painkillers, I recommend an advil or two every six hours if it's really bad.

if your periods are light, shouldnt hurt much.

it will hurt at first because your body is going through a phase that it's not used to,but then after awhile your body will get used to it and it won't hurt anymore.
