well there is but its hard and I dont know if you could handle it
see all you eat is raw fruits, vegetables, and some nuts for 6 days and you should lose about twenty pounds
but if you start fealing nauseaus or dizzy when you stand up all the time then stop doing it
my advice is only do this for like four days because its not really good for you
It is very safe to eat raw fruits and vegetables/ I have done it for 12 years. I don't eat any meat or dairy products which puts a lot of your #'s on you. Lay off the nuts tho if you are going to eat them as they are really fattening. I eat only live food (raw) not cooked food (dead) and yes you can lose a lot of weigh, but don't thik you can lose 20 lbs in 10 days.
You're only 13. I don't think there is a healthy way for you to do it that would allow you to keep it off.
