I don't know how to help my best friend

my best friend has a lot of problems and it hurts me that might sound really creepy but its true. I care about her a lot and it hurts me when she is hurting and it makes me feel bad, because when I try and talk to her she says somthing and it hurts me feelings and she doesnt understand that my feelings are getting hurt what do I say to her?

well if you hurt by what your friends telling you just imagin how shes feeling? I gurt when my best friends hurt 2, where like sisters...try and be thre for her as much as you can and help her through the hard times! thats what friend are 4!! xx

yeah but im afraid if I give her to much space she will pysically hurt herself... then what??? im with her all the time and I know that she cant do it when im there. so how do I handle that to???!!
