Hi ok so fast find the opening to your vagina that ia where you put the tampon.take a deep breath and stick it up so that the string hangs out this is very important so that you can remove it after the dry tampon will be uncomfortable but it will pass.once your done swimming remove it and use a pad.don't leave in a tampon for to long you can get toxic sock.have a good swim

Put one foot on a chair or the toliet
Take your hand and spread your vagina lips apart
If your using a tampon with an applicator make sure the string is hanging outside the barrel
Hold the applicator and place your index finger at the end of the applicator (the part where the string is hanging out)
Insert into your vagina and push towards your rectum (like push towards your back not really upwards)...Lubricating the tampon with a water based lubricant can help to make insertion easier
Stop pushing when your finger meet your vagina or when you cant feel the tampon in you

That should do it

Insert the tampon towards your tailbone. Your vagina doesn't go straight up into your body.

Only the string should stick out and good news, being in water stops the bleeding! until you get out that is...

Being in the water doesn't stop the bleeding. You just can't see the blood dissolving in the water while you're swimming.
