Starving yourself is not advisable, eating regular small meals raises your metabolism which burns fat. Excerise is the other key. Will I lose weight by starving myself?
I am 18/f and I have been trying dieting nothing works I was reading that you have been trying to starve your self. same here was just dieting but it dont work so 2 tuesdays ago I stoped eating. I was wondering if we can share tips. now 2 weeks later...
all I can do is drink water with surger mixed or tea with honey mixed some pretzels through the day like 5 and a peice of bread but I cant eat all the bread just a bit because my mind tells me that I will throw up I lost 5lbs in 1 1/2 weeks so if you have any ideas let me know.
