all because I go from 130-134 pounds and vice versa and im 5"5


Height
Well I am 170 pounds and I am 6 foot three. I was wondering what is a good weight to be considered built for my hieght not huge and ripped just built. I have 6 percent body fat and trian for mma so I am wondering what weight class I shuold go into......
Any help would be great thx... By the way I am 16 not that it should matter lol
