HELP! I've used a semi permanent hair color and now my pony tail is almost black while the rest of my hair is dark blonde...what can I do besides going to my hair dresser?

Go a lighter shade, like light brown , that way your color will blend better and the roots won't be so noticable. Then, after atleast 6 weeks ( recovery time) if you decide you want to go back blonde, see a professional, because boxed blonde haircolor, looks brassy on top of already colored hair. But if you insist on coloring at home and you want to be blonde, buy something with ash in the title (ash blonde), so it won't turn out orange. You may still need to buy a toner tho. Hope this helps!

A lot of people have darker hair underneath and at the bottom with blonde hair on top. If you don't like it, there is a hair color remover. I am not sure how well it works though. I would suggest consulting with a hair stylist or clairol has a 1-800 number for hair problems. I am sure it is on their website. Good luck !
