What is this boy thinking?

Okay, well I like this guy and he seemed pretty interested in me, too.
We wanted to hang out saturday and my friend over heard a conversation between the guy I like and his friend and him saying "he called dibs on me", I dunno. but when hanging out came...

around, he claimed his friend didn't want to hang out with me, because of course with my luck, his bestfriend, is my ex. Anyway, when I asked his bestfriend about it he just said he made other plans, and now the guy I like says he doesn't know who he likes.
anyone have ANY ideas what this boy is thinking and what to do?

wow! kinda confusing! well, I would try hanging out with him another time but dont ask questions, he may be just as confused as you, hang out and laugh maybe go to the park or w/e where you guys can just laugh at w/e and he shud realize that you like him and hopefully that will make the descision a little less hard.

he may also have been influenced my his bestfriend (your ex) he might of said some things that changed your guys opionion, and all you have to do with that is prove him wrong!
