Just decide to get up and go. Just take that first step. Dont pick a destination or have a plan, just get up and get OUT NOW. read this and then turn off the PC, get up and go outside. Go for a walk. Go wherever your nose leads you. Once you start moving endorphines will be released and you will quickly start to feel better.

Go make some sack lunches and feed some homeless people. Go listen to someone elses story. Volunteering and/or service work is the best way to realize how good you have it.
Do you drive? My theory on many things is that once you're in the car on your way to something, you're committed.
For example.
I hate working out, but I love the results. But since I despise the process, it's hard for me to motivate myself to go to the gym. However, once I'm in the car and on my way to the gym, it'd be very difficult for me to just turn around and...not go.






Gumption
I need to get the gumption to get out and do something, I've jsut been moping around the house for the past few days, how do I jsut snap out of feeling sorry for myself?
