ummm... practice? I don't know. I got really good at it just by playing a few songs. it's easy to pick up so just work @ it.

I know how to play , and I'm actually pretty good at it . I play on hard / expert [it all depends on the song] - and I just need help beating through fire & flames ! ahh it's so harddd ;

Master hammer ons and pull offs.
Also, practice your fingering on the buttons.
When you get to hard and expert, being able to quickly move your fingers to the right chords quickly is good to practice too.
