I don't believe you can grow breasts...you are born with genetic predispositions that determine your cup size. You can try certain weight lifting exercises that increase the MUSCLE underneath your breast- this can increase your cup size. Other than that, the only other option is plastic surgery but that is both painful and very expensive. Besides, haven't you heard...SMALL BREASTS ARE CONSIDERED BEAUTIFUL!! They won't ever "Droop" and here's a little fun fact: the modeling industry does not like models with big breasts. Small breasts are seen as "high fashion." If you have big boobs you are forced to go into modeling lingerie or modeling for men's magazines. So enjoy your body!

Funny that this is the first question that I came across after I joined!
I have small breasts also. I have breast feed 3 children (7, 6 and 4). Before children they were very small. After birth I LOVED THEM (other than the pain)!!! After breast feeding they returned to the normal little boobs! When I gain weight, my breasts are the first thing to increase. When I lose weight, they are the first thing to go! I have been frustrated with it all my life!!! I know how you feel. I only want them a little larger, without spending $5000.00! I am normally not even an A cup, I have gained 5 or 6 pounds in the last couple months and am now FINALLY filling out my A cup bras. Even though I do believe that little ones are just as attractive as large ones, I still want them larger for my own enjoyment!

Type in Perfect Woman, it's some breast creme, and I think it has estrogen in it, so be careful, because I think I heard somewhere that too much estrogen can cause breast cancer, but these statements I think need to be more thoroughly researched, is it that the woman doesn't metabolize the estrogen? Type in helps metabolize estrogen and you might get something good about that, maybe you won't get breast cancer or something. You really should ask the site about the breast cancer statement, and tell me what you found.

Goodluck.

I was looking for the same advise and I saw information on this web site - http://www.realself.com/
The doctors discuss a device developed by a plastic surgeon that you have to wear 10 hours a day for a few months but it seems to work and you don't have to get cut! I asked my doctor about it and he says the science behind it is sound. Think I'll try this before surgery.
