Connect nvidia gf8400 card to laptop?

do you have a laptop card or a desktop card? if you bought a video card for your desktop...you can't. secondly, if you cannot upgrade your laptop then you won't be able to 'connect' the graphics card to the mother board. you cant just run a graphics card outside of a laptop or a desktop. you need to open the laptop's casing up and remove the first graphics card then install the new one. make sure you only touch the card with the static bag it came in because static will destroy the delicate circuitry of the card. maybe you should take it to a professional installer and spend a little bit of money so that you don't destroy something you have paid good money for.
