there is no better one
your stance depends on you
I skate goofy, because im more comfortable with my right foot at the front
other people skate regular because there more comfortabe with there left foot on the front
stand on a board, and see which foot feels more comfortable on the front of the board
and thats your stanceout of the two though there is no better, its not something you can be better at, its just your foot placement
and skater can be just as good as each other, no matter what stance there in
