a 2-minute meal! with flavour / colour and healthy!
cook some pasta first
get a dolmio sauce. get some mushroom, fry them in olive oil with garlice, chuck in some tomberries and let them sizzle for a minute. then chuck in the dolmio sauce.

when thats warmed up, drain the pasta and add it to the sauce, only a spoon full at a time, you don't want too much pasta otherwise it will make it seem too dry. stir it all for a minute, then grate some cheese over the top.

there you have it, proteins, carbs, vitamins and minerals and flavour baby! it's delish! and takes a grand total of 2 minutes (plus pasta cooking!)

here are a few quick easy meals you should really try out!

QUICK & EASY HAMBURGER MEAL

1 to 2 lbs. ground beef or chuck
1/4 c. of an onion, chopped
1 box of macaroni & cheese
1 can tomato soup

In skillet brown ground beef with onion. Make macaroni and cheese as directed on box. Add tomato soup to browned meat. When all is done, add it all together. It is great served with cornbread.

You can find baby turnips in most supermarkets; if you can't find them, just omit them. This easy meal has fabulous flavor.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 55 minutes
Ingredients:
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey mustard salad dressing
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 onions, chopped
1 cup sliced baby turnips
1 package baby carrots, sliced in half
1 pound small red potatoes, cubed
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place chicken breasts in a 9x13" roasting pan. In medium bowl combine salad dressing, thyme leaves, garlic, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pour over chicken in pan; arrange diced and sliced vegetables around chicken.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 55-65 minutes until chicken is tender and thoroughly cooked, and vegetables are tender.

Be sure that you only use baby vegetables, and slice or chop them so they cook in the time the chicken cooks.

Quick Chicken Chili

1 tsp. olive oil

4 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 inch cubes

2 Tbs. red or green bell pepper, chopped

1/4 lb. chicken stock

1 ounce green chilies, chopped

1/2 Cup Black Beans

1/3 ounce chili seasoning

Heat oil in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Sauté chicken 3-5 minutes, or until lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes.

Sloppy Joes

3 ounces ground beef

1/4 cup plus 2 Tbs. chili sauce

1-1/2 tsp. brown sugar

1 Sweet roll, lightly toasted, split

Cook beef 5-8 minutes in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat, until browned. Stir in chili sauce and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Spoon onto rolls and serve with pickles.
