Be willing to try new things.
No racist anything.
Be willing to listen to each other when we disagree(this still is hard)
TV's, game systems, computers are in common area only

don't fight to much and when you come home don't be too messed up from stuff

probably not the best but they work

I'm the same as oneheartnow, and there's another one... what the starving people would give for a bit of meat like that... lol. Cliches, the both of them, but we live by them and follow them.

My mum used to say:

'Don't go looking for offence, you'll only find it!'

I think she meant not to be upset by what anyone said about you, because either they didn't mean it the way you took it, or they did mean it but it's their problem, not yours.

I've found it really helpful.

Yeah honesty is always the best policy...didnt do us a hole lot of good though.
