Going to court?

Ok so the owner of the property is complaining that we had junk around the house and said we had two dogs when really we were just taking care of it for my cousin and well he said that he will give us three days to clean up the stuff and get rid of the...

dogs but the thing is we really only have ONE dog and we cleaned up the property and now when I came home from school he came and threatened my mom that he is going to court and the thing is we live in a kind of crappy house he replaces the windows with cheap ones that break easily and I think that if he complains about the property value being jepordized that he should get rid of his old rusted cars that are just there ya know? And well we never had a contract signed and so I beleive that there is no need for complaining seeing as how the dog doesn't bother anybody and he never complained before and he starts now?! Well there are also other people in a apartment on the same property that has a dog TWO in fact and he hasn't complained about them.Also he nevers talks to her when me or my sister is there so what should I do?What can I do?Any ideas?

take him to court for tenant neglect.

as for him not talking to her when you or your sister is there, have her record the conversations. to make it legal somewhere on the recording has to have her say to him that "this conversation is being recorded."
or you could get an audio and video surveilance system put in and then those tapes are admissable in court and he doesnt have to be told about them.
