Global warming?

do any of you out there believe in global warming? I'm kind of in the middle because I think that the earth does go through stages like this, but all the co2 and greenhouse gasses are really speeding it up.
what do you think??

I think it's kind of a coincidence, and that we're pumping junk into the air at the same time the Earth is naturally warming up. It goes through hot and cold cycles, and as we'd just had an ice age, it'll probably heat up a lot, and in a long while freeze over again.

I think, 'Big Picture' it's simply a climate cycle - lots of answers here:

I agree that there are climate cycles, and we're encountering the beginnings of one of the 'change periods' at the moment. The difference with this one is that it's the first which has even been affected by human activity. Therefore, we are accelerating and increasing the normal processes, and, given the number of humans now on the planet, we are putting other members of the human race at risk through our action or inaction.

There are loads of really interesting websites with further information about this. I don't have a favourite but I just Googled the subject and found that The Earth Institute at Columbia University has a good website about Climate Change.

The Earth does have cycles that it goes through, but global warming isn't one of these cycles. if it is just a cycle, then why does it get worse each year and not get any better?
