How global are these networks mtn,celtel,and glo???atimes I feel it's only in nigeria

I forgot that you mention that you live in nigeria, I remember you mention that last night, I never heard of those networks, by the way what time is it over there and what are you watching?

ok I live in sierra leone and there we have celtel, commium, tigo and Africell. But celtel is very expensive.
