what do you think about all those who were caught in the doping test of the recently concluded BEIJING games?How do we punish them?Harsely or mildly

Hi- I believe that those caught cheating pay the penalty harshly by never being able to compete in the Olympics again. In most cases, their medals are stripped of them. It does take some time before this happens, in some cases.
With that being said, I still wonder how old the girls of the Gymnastist Team were. Guess we will never know the answer to that...
