There are lots of ways to be romantic about saying "I love you". You could write a poem no matter how bad it is, she'll still love it. Watch a romantic movie and tell her how you feel about her. You could take her back to the place where you went on your first date together and tell her there. Make her a CD of love songs. Those are some ideas I could think of. Good Luck!

Ok ok so Im a romantic and this is may come out a little corny, but here are a couple of suggestions...

Treasure hunt: Leave her little notes with sweet things written on them (it doesnt have to be on paper, you could write it on the bathroom mirror etc..) and a clue on how to find the next one, and the last clue ends up being rose petals spelling out I love you, or go to the beach, write out I love you in the sand, and get a friend to take a picture of you besides it (ok so this takes time and I realise setting it up in a day isnt going to be easy)
