It's perfectly normal to have tender breasts before or during your period. The only thing you really can do is wear a supportive bra (save the lingerie for another day), maybe pop some advil and relax. Mine sometimes hurt just when I walk, so I usually just try to take it easy, no heavy activities or anything.

Sooo...my chest hurts like no other. the glands in my chest are all swollen because it's just about that time of the month. it hurts sooo bad! is there anything I can do to help with the pain?
