Sooo...my chest hurts like no other. the glands in my chest are all swollen because it's just about that time of the month. it hurts sooo bad! is there anything I can do to help with the pain?

Any suggestions?

take a hot bath and massage the areas that are sore. Wear a supportive bra that has full coverage and make sure you wear it to bed too so they stay in place. If that doesn't work, try taking some tylenol for the pain, ibuprofen is good too.

ibuprofen? I dont know, that doesnt really happen to me, so I wouldnt know.

It's perfectly normal to have tender breasts before or during your period. The only thing you really can do is wear a supportive bra (save the lingerie for another day), maybe pop some advil and relax. Mine sometimes hurt just when I walk, so I usually just try to take it easy, no heavy activities or anything.

take a hot bath or use a heating pad, take pamprin or some anti inflammatory, then just take it easy =]
I know how it is and I'm sorry you have to deal with that =/
