I like my brother's friend

I like one of my brothers friends kinda but hes a year older than me and starting in august we'll be in high school together. the problem is tho that im really really shy and I never know what to do, but the good thing is that im pretty mature for my age so I dont think ill annoy him or anything. im just not sure what to do to actually make him notice me a little more or maybe some good flirty moves?? that are ok still for someone a year older

just start talking to him
your probably going to be around him a lot because hes your bros friend and hes going to the same high school
talk to him and see what you have in common
maybe you guys will hang out more
and if you trust your bro then ask him about his friend 2

the age difference wont seem very different when your in highschool especialy since your more mature. probly talk to you brother about him

if it's only a year older, it's probally ok.
and just like meagz said, try to hang out or talk with him.
tell your bro that you like him, I think he'll help out.
