sorry to say but you cant eat a certain food to only gain weight a certain place. your body determines where the fat is going to go. and unlike what most people think you cant lose weight in a certain area of your body when you go to the gym. your body will determine where the weight will get burned off. you can workout a certain part of your body like your stomach but your body will determine if thats where it wants to lose the weight. sucks I know
