Frizzy hair!

Okay, so I use biolage shampoo and conditioner, but my hair gets really really frizzy, and I have a lot of breakage. I cant use anything but proffesional stuff. does any bopdy know what I should do? some people say to brush my hair only when its dry.

my hair was frizzy bt I use treseme and it helps a lot or just brush yoohr when its wet cause brushing it wens it dry makes it more frizzier.

I use aussie catch the wave mouse.
my hair is down to my butt, frizzy, curly, thick. anything difficult you can imagine, my hair has it.
that is the only product that makes it look like im in control of my hair and my hair isnt in control of me lol
