I feel fat

I feel really fat im 15 and im 8 stone I really want to lose weight. I don't eat breakfast or lunch and I only eat dinner sometimes so how come I feel like im piling on the punds rather than losing them?

8 stone sounds perfectly healthy, how tall are you? rather than eating one meal, your actually better off eating three, even if theyre small meals, because eating regularly speeds up the metabolism, just think, your body has to thrive all day with nothing, so as soon as you eat dinner, it will store the calories in order to keep up your energy levels for the following day. I used to only eat my tea (about 5 o clock) while I was at school, now I havent been going to school for the past few months, so I have time to eat, well in fact I probably eat about 3000 calories a day, really your only supposed to eat 1500-2000 or maybe more depending on the amount of exercise you will be doing. since finishing school, I've lost about a stone, and I feel much better and probably look better. I eat a lot now, im trying to cut down, because the past few weeks I've ate a hell of a lot, haha :D but yeah im cutting down to 6 small things a day.
my advice would be,
breakfast - small bowl of cereal
morning snack - some fruit
lunch - sandwich (healthy one)!
about 3 pm - a snack bar
dinner - a smallish meal, such as savoury rice and chicken

I know this might sound like a hell of a lot, but it will probably be about 1000 calories, so you wont feel as tired and worn out, and your metabolism wont slow so much, therefore your body wont be clinging onto the calories and fat.
try this for a month, exercise more (lets face it, you will probably have more energy :D ) and you should feel a lot better in yourself. just stay away from fatty greasy foods, they make me feel guilty...

Well for one thing your body is in like a hibernation mode if you dont eat sort of like a bear in winter to conserve energy what you want to do is spend energy and eat. Eating three meals a day will actually make you feel lighter than feeling fat.

well I weigh 10 stone so if your fat then im obese...
do I look obese??
your not fat..
unless your like 6 years old then thats NOT fat..
you could just eat healthily and excerise to maintain a healthy weight..all I know is barely eating has NEVER had good results..and you can get rapped in a world of not eating that will be very hard to get out of. I know because I have someone close to me that went through a phase of that

It's actually best to eat breakfast and lunch than dinner because then during the day you burn off the calories than if you ate late you go to bed and collect the calories.

im 15 and wiegh 100 lb.s so thats what 5 stone? and I think im not in good shape

100lbs might be underweight, unless your verry small in height. just eat small meals but regulary, and dont eat fatty/sugary foods before you sleep. dont get too obsessed about it, thats what happened to me, believe me im not happy.
