Fatty foods make you gain weight, which over time could make you become morbidly obese.
Also,Fried foods, which many fatty foods are,can clog up your arteries, and cause heart damage.

As long as your excersizing and eating healthy foods more,I think youll be okay.

umm well I have a correction to make to other peoples responses. a common misconception is the elimination of fat in a diet

You MUST eat fat to lose fat...but you MUST eat the RIGHT fats

good fats like, olive oil, fish oils, flax see oil. These are found in various foods and cooking methods...they are essential in a healthy diet...just look up good fats on google

but eating bad fats like what you find in greesy pizzas and fries is very bad for your health and if it doesnt make you fat, it will give you health problems

happy
