I dont have an iPod, just an mp3 player, and I was wondering- how does itunes work?
Can you download songs to a computer and then to any mp3 player, or are the formats too different?
My mp3 player is a TEAC MPOD-300W HDD Jukebox.

iTunes, of course, is designed primarily to work with an iPod. Some other mp3 players might work with it, but its best to assume that yours wont. Not that it matters, as you don't need iTunes to put music on your mp3 player - more often than not you can drag & drop music onto the mp3 player from your computer (after having downloaded it from iTunes or whatever), or it will come with a syncing program, or you can sync it with another media player. Just try to get your hands on music thats in the MP3 or WMA formats, not ACC, OGG or M4A formats as your mp3 player won't play those.
