Does coffee stain teeth?

I'm a coffee addict & drink at least 3-5 cups per day (I know, I know...I should slow down) but, I was wondering if coffee stains teeth or is that an urban myth of some kind? My teeth don't reall have any stain marks on them...but, they aren't as white as I would like either.

yes it does stain your teeth....I used to drink cappuccino a lot and when I stopped my teeth got whiter....it doesnt make it horribly stained but your teeth does get less white after time

Yes coffee does stain teeth. So does nicotine. Use Colgate with whitener for your tooth paste, it helps.
