no disturbed or korn or white stripes or rise against the machine or red hot chili peppers or my chemical romance they all suck horribly..bullet for my valentine is good...the old stuff but some of those listed in the other post are good. stick to arch enemy, light this city, gwar, 30 seconds to mars (love!!!), august burns red, trigam (local california band I think, this girl has deep as sh*t vocals) pantera, slayer, mastadon, NILE!!, dimmu borgir, behemoth, foofighters, pink floyd, with dead hands rising, suicide silence, lamb of god...there are tons.

Papa Roach... "last resort"... umm I used to listen to this type of music (punk emo metal, etc) all the time when I was down or depressed, when I was around 14/15 and sometimes 16, but later 17/18, I realized that trance music, is amazing, so now I listen to it when I'm up or dowm and it ALWAYS makes me feel better than before even if I was feeling great it makes me feel even better than great!! You should really try trance... it makes you feel alive in the inside... it's amazing. (Plus you have different types of trance... you can try them all and see which one you like the most)...
