acording to evolutionist they believe everything started with a bang. That takes more faith than believing in a creator. Everytime I see things blow up it creates disaster not order.

"justsearching" you have poor understanding of the Big Bang theory. It's far more complex to just be explained as something blowing up, and any one paragraph. I suggest the book by Simon Singh's called 'Big Bang: The most important scientific discovery of all time and why you need to know about it'

As for Jesus, there isn't even the sightest bit of evidence he existed. There occurs no contemporary Roman record that shows a man named Jesus. All documents about Jesus got written well after the life of the alleged Jesus from fraudulent, mythical or allegorical writings. If you believe Jesus existed you have the same reason to believe Hercules existed or the book the Odyssey is true.

Since church fathers possessed the texts and determined what would appear in the Bible, there was plenty of opportunity and motive to change, modify, or create texts that might give more power to the chruch. The church was very powerful during that time and questioning them would result in death.

Alexander the Great, Augustus Caesar, Napoleon, Cleopatra. There is evidence, records, artifacts, writings, eyewitness accounts etc. for historical people, as for Jesus we have nothing. He just seems to be a religious character.

If you believe in evolution you must believe that all things are evolving to a better life form, but the 2nd law of thermal dynamics theaches that all things from the moment of conception is dying. Therefore it can't evolve. If it takes billions or million of years according to evolutionist for things to evolve just how long and how many tries did it take for that first creature from the sea that had gills and no lungs to develope a system that allow it to leave its natural habitat (the water) and be able to walk upon the land. And why would it in the first place decide one day it wanted to walk upon water. Scientist today are more convinced that the earth isn't billions of years old but only thousands. The Bible is a book compiled over centuries that teaches the same concept. It is about a King and His Kingdom. Whether you choose to beileve or not God does exist I have experienced many wonders in my life which give evidence of His existance. By the way the difference between religion and Christianity is religion is based upon what you do to redeem yourself. Christianity is based upon a relationship with Jesus Christ. The only one who has risen from the dead. No other religion claims this. Jesus' tomb is the only one that's empty.

"since the church fathers" Who are the church fathers. Are you talking about the catholic priest? The apostles teachings and doctrines go back way before the catholic church even began.

I won't even try to prove Jesus' existance. I know he lives in my heart and life and there is no denying that.

@ justsearching Evolution is a scientific FACT. Which means it's true whether you can accept it or not. Creation is NOT the default. The second law of thermodynamics, pertains to entropy in a system as a whole. It doesn't prevent certain parts of an organization, thus making it possible. No scientist thinks the Earth is only thousands of years old, this can easily be disproven with carbon dating.

And how did fish evolve out of water, it's not as simple as making that decision, species(and evolution) make decisions that promote or insure their survival. 380mil yr/ago These certain Fish evolved their legs in the water, and aquired skills for getting oxygen in and out of water(during this period , the climate was increasingly hot) warm water retains less oxygen than cool water and some species would suffocate in the new enviorment in warmer areas. They didn't have much choice, they either died out or learned how to breathe air.

And as far as Jesus, I don't believe in God, so uhh.

I think that based on the 1st answers, you can conclude that there are "any" people here who believe that Jesus was/is/evershallbe God.

As for me I believe in:
"One God, the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all things seen and unseen.
I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten from the Father: God from God; light from light; true God from true God; begotten not made; one in being with the Father; through him all things were made. For us men and for our salvation, he came down from heaven. By the power of the Holy Spirit, he was born of the virgin Mary and became man. For our sake, he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, suffered, died and was buried. On the 3rd day he rose again in fulfillment of the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord the giver of life who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son, he is worshipped and glorified. He has spoken through the prophets. I believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. We acknoweldge one Baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead and the life of the world to come."

carbon dating has been proven to be a very inaccurate way of dating. They tested a live muskrat and found it to be millions of years old. As for evolution it is a theroy and that only. There are Known missing links. They ones they try to use are generated. Bones missing and they fabricated them. The evidence is out there but people want to believe things that aren't true.

Could you have possibly came up with a better analogy, lol
And I'm sorry I don't know what you are reading justsearching but sounds like a bunch of rumours. And I noticed my mistake I meant dating methods, what they are I don't know. As for carbon dating it's a good estimate for whatever it's used for.

"As for evolution it is a theroy and that only."

Evolution is a fact, it's explained by theory.

And the Earth was formed after billions of years.
