Does a monroe piercing hurt?

Depends on your pain tolerance.
It hurts for some people - other people barley feel it.

yep, all depensa on your pain tolerance
but its nothinng you cant handle
your eyes will probably water a bit when they peirce it
other than that the pain only lasts for a few seconds
make sure its something you want first though!
