my neice drowned in a bath after having an epileptic fit. she was only 6 when it happend and if it wasnt for my aunty being a swimming instructor with all of her life saving skills she would still be dead. when my aunt left her to go to the toilet she got this really bad feeling and ran into the bathroom to find her daughter under the water staring at her. she had stoped breathing and her lips were blue. there was no pulse! she performed mouth to mouth and got her breathing again.
this was the scariest thing to happen to my family. my aunt still sees her baby staring at her under the water when she closes her eyes at night.
when my niece was in the hospital after she had been woken from the induced coma she said that the man told her to go back to her mummy!
she discribed the man down to the most minute detail and it was her pop. he told her to go back to her mum because she would be sad if she stayed with him.
so yeh I thought I would share this story with you so you could get a small picture of drowing. its not a joke.
the person that bigmumma is talking about she is my cousin no one knew what was going to happen so dont drown yourself you silly little girl
well it's not painful, but I don't know if you eventually calm down.
I'd assume inhaling water and having it fill up your lungs causing you to suffocate to death would be nothing short of extremely painful...
Whoever thinks im trying to drown myself, you're a bit odd.
I was just curious, someone told me about it
Actually it's not calming what so ever.
You can actually watch a man do it to imself with a brick on his chest online.
He shakes panics everything.. Not calm what so ever.
my dad drowned and he sed at first he was panicking a lot but he couldnt swim and after a couple minutes of slashin around he just gave up and sunk back and kept thinkin every thing will be alright and he sed its like a light shone down on him and he warmed up and felt relaxed. luckily some one found him but ya he sed at first it suks but after a bit its fine. dont get me wrong I aint encouraging you to drownd your self lol just telling what I know

Do you think drowning would be calming?
I mean like, you'd have a second of panic, and then you'd just sink thinking
'this isn't that bad'. Right?
has anyone here ever nearly drowned? Tell me your experience.
(sorry, this is out of the blue... just curious XD)
