Do you guys think being friends with privileges is bad?

What do you guys say?
When its with someone who considers you a dear friend, and vice versa, and yet there is no interest on either part of becoming an official couple.

I only see one problem with it and this comes from personal experience, while having all this fun together one of those freinds (in my case, yes it was me) began to feel emotions start to brew for the other freind and that usually ends in a bad situation.

I personally don't have a problem having friends with benefits. As a matter of fact I think it's fantastic. There is no commitment with that person. It's all just in good fun.

as long as you know FOR SURE you are not going to develop feelings for the person there's no issue. unfortunately you can't guarantee this, especially if you're already friends...

its the greatest form of frienship there is...until one person starts to take it further then it becomes HELL...but as long as both parties understand that it is no more than a friendship with "benefits" then its great...

Eventually, one partner will end up wanting it to be more than just sex.
